Leaving Midland for Tyler... we left Midland at 10:30 am & arrived in Tyler at 7 pm! (We dropped Reagan in Dallas & then I braved I20 alone with 2 kids & a dog!)
Will's new car
Nature Day... every day at cousin camp has a theme. Saturday was "nature day" so we began the day with a trip to the Farmer's Market where Hayden learned how peas are shelled (above) & how to pick a watermelon by knocking on it (below).
Next on the agenda for "nature day" was a trip to the zoo!
Reagan is spending the week fly fishing so Will & I decided to come to Tyler to see my parents (& he has a dr appt this week in Dallas.) We brought our newphew, Hayden, (age 6) to Tyler with us as he is going to Pine Cove day camp for the first time! We are having so much at cousin camp! However, I will say that this multiple kid thing is a blast... & exhausting! (And I think I want 4!!!)
Hayden has said some hilarious things! We've been talking a lot about courage so he decided to write a letter to the US Army about how to have courage by trusting in God. So sweet! He even made me address it (I used the local reserve office address to appease him!)
