As part of Splash Day, Hayden got to pick out a fish at Petsmart (my mom needed it for a fun table centerpiece.) He has cracked us up nonstop with his love for his new pet, "Swimmy!" Swimmy has to be beside him on his nightstand every night & the first thing he does after camp is go watch Swimmy. When we read stories at night, he rolls over & stares lovingly at his little blue beta. He's asked about taking him to the vet- so funny! He has told quite a few total strangers (neighbors, the grocery store clerks, anyone who comes by) all about his new fish. He loves his Swimmy - a pet fish - the most nonrelational animal ever!
Will enjoying being the center of attention with the girls
Hayden's first day at Pine Cove Camp! He met a new friend as they were getting on the bus & had him hold on tight to his backpack so they wouldn't get separated! He's had a blast & is completely exhausted! He feel asleep tonight at 7:45 & I carried him to his room where he asked me to rock him & sing a lullaby to him- just precious!
