Wow! What a weekend we had at the Dallas White Rock Marathon! Thank you to so many of you for your support this year. I was overcome with emotion on Sunday, after holding Will's hand as he WALKED across the finish line. It occurred to me that we committed to doing this race annually while we were pregnant with Will because Scottish Rite Children's Hospital offered us so much HOPE for his life. This year, however, I was priviliged to walk beside Will across that line. It's no longer just a dream or just hope... it is our reality! Thanks in part to the funds raised by our team and others, Scottish Rite is able to provide tools such as Will's prosthetics (zancos) which enable him to WALK! What an honor to be a part of something so big & to be the recipient of such generosity. Your support is helping to make our dreams into our reality!

Thanks for sharing--wore my 1/2 shirt on sunday in honor of the one week anniversary--and wore my blue WILL shirt to the hospital yesterday. :)
