Well the shirt says it all! I'm at the weird in between stage- am I "poochie" or am I pregnant?!? (Hopefully it's beginning to look more like a pregnant belly!) My students began to wonder this week & some were brave enough to ask! One girl passed me a note asking if I was having a baby. Other girls stayed after class one day to ask. When I told them I'm pregnant, they were so cute- laughing & hugging & even crying! Oh, high school girls! But it made my day of course! I also had a student poke my belly on Friday & then not ask anything - that was very weird! I guess she was wondering if it was a pooch or if it was a hard pregnant belly. My husband often pokes the belly too- he seems amazed that it looks like it should by "squishy" but is actually quite hard! Anyway, I'm definitely poking out & having to adjust my wardrobe! I've already cleaned out the closet in preparation for some fun maternity shoping in a week in Dallas with my mom! I can't wait to be in the "she's definitely pregnant" stage soon hopefully! :)
PS - went to the grocery store earlier & couldn't help myself - bought 3 kinds of fruit, fruit cookies, yogurt fruit smoothies, & 3 gallons of different fruit juices! (& of course, some more peanut butter & jelly for my lunches!) What is with these cravings- this is all so new to me! The salty snacks aisle didn't even appeal to me at all! Some friends say fruit means girl... I'll let you know in about 27ish weeks! :)
