At the Tyler baby shower with some of the hostesses.

I have spent most of the week in Tyler again - this time with lots of celebrating to do! My mom's birthday was this week so I got to join my parents & to celebrate. Then I had my Tyler baby shower. Oh my goodness- it was so fun! We've laid out all the great baby stuff in my parents' living room & I frequently just go in there to look & touch all the soft things, play with toys, etc. The party was perfect- they had a champagne toast & I truly felt that this little life was celebrated with great joy! I can't wait for my baby to meet these precious women who have so anticipated their arrival! The food was delicious too. I'll post fun pictures soon. Thanks for making me feel so great - I truly had a wonderful time & can't wait to play in my nursery this week in between doctors visits! I've also noticed that everywhere I go, people try to guess what we are having. It's so much fun to have the gender of the baby be a surprise! I love having people rub my belly & try to guess. We crack up because it seems that everywhere we go, someone thinks its a boy & someone guesses a girl! It's really fun - people get so into guessing & it lets me be "normal pregnant girl" for a little while instead of discussing bigger things.
