Mommy & Daddy had to help with the candle blowing out. Will has been practicing & has the concept down but apparently the fire hurt his eyes or something - notice how he's covering his eyes!

"Fetch" - for this game, R would throw 2 frisbees into the yard & the puppies would fetch. It was hilarious & kept the puppies very busy for awhile!

Taking Dover for his walk
We gave each of the puppies a beanie baby dog to walk with a yarn leash. They were so cute walking their dogs all over the yard. Will was insistent that he walk "Dover" (the dog he named & spanked just a few days ago for "no obey Will.") Since his party, he has been walking Dover everywhere!

Will jumping during "Puppy, Puppy, Dog" (a game played like "Duck Duck Goose.") This was another funny game with 2 year olds- they didn't fully get it so some kids would run way far away from the circle & 2 little girls once lapped each other - hilarious!
"Feed the dog" - For this game, the kids tossed real dog bones (the rawhide kind, I mean- not actual bones from dead dogs) into the mouth of a painted dog - kind of like a bean bag toss.
I hired 2 of Will's babysitters to help out with the party - Miss Cammie & Miss Hallie. They were a huge help! I was so grateful to have the extra set of hands as we played games & set up activities.
Will has really been into pretend play lately. Last week, he spent a great deal of time playing frog & would say "ribbit" & then jump all the way to his room. Last night, he was a lion & roared all over the house. Hilarious! At his party, he perhaps got a bit too into character...
