Doctor Days

Friday - After Ellie's pedi appointment for her 4 month well check, we went to her therapy/splinting appt at Scottish Rite.  Ellie was exhausted - awake before sunrise to go to the airport, an early morning flight, a doctor's appointment, four shots, & then therapy!  She did great.  I admire my children for how they endure  such breaks to their routines.
Good GREAT news!  Ellie's feet were initially ranked (at 6 days old) as 14's on a scale of 0-19 for severity.  As of Friday, at 4 months old, and after lots and lots of exhausting therapy, splinting, casting, surgery, and taping, she received the following scores:  2 & 3!!!!!  Praise the Lord!
It is so encouraging to see our hard work & decision to do this form of therapy vs serial casting paying off!
We are thankful for great results and great therapists!

Today - off to Dallas again (from East Texas so not quite the commute) for cardiology.  Please pray for great results.  Some of our doctors have suggested some new theories about those little masses in her heart. Our appointment today should reveal if they are more serious than we originally had thought.
