We changed our plans and decided to leave town at 5am today for Dallas. Ellie gets her casts off in 3 hours! She did not get the memo and was up hungry at 3:30 am. I have been awake since 3:30am. I am not a morning person.

Just nursed Ellie in a whataburger parking lot on the interstate and a guy in a truck two cars down was smoking a joint.

Have I mentioned I've been awake since 3:30? I went to bed at midnight. I'm probably going to crash around 2 pm in the hospital.
